Raffle terms

These terms govern prize draws and raffles run by Avendavi AB on Proprinse. By entering a draw you agree to these terms. They are in addition to our general terms of use.

The promoter

The promoter of each draw is Avendavi AB, registered in Sweden, unless a specific draw names a different promoter on its own page.

Eligibility

Draws are open to registered Proprinse users who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Avendavi AB, our creator partners, and the proprietary trading firms featured in a given prize, together with their immediate households, may be excluded from that draw. You are responsible for checking that entering is lawful where you live. We may exclude residents of jurisdictions where such draws are restricted.

No purchase necessary

You do not need to buy anything to enter or to win. Entries are earned through free actions such as game streaks, referrals, newsletter sign up, or sharing on social channels, as described on each draw page. A free alternative entry route is available on request by emailing legal@proprinse.com. Buying an evaluation through an affiliate link is never required to take part.

Entries

Each draw page states how entries are earned, the maximum number of entries per person, and the entry window. We may cap, adjust, or void entries that result from error, abuse, automation, or any breach of these terms. One person may hold multiple entries, but may win a given draw only once.

How and when winners are picked

Draws run on a stated cadence, which may be weekly, monthly, or a one off event. After entries close at the draw time shown, a winner is selected at random from all valid entries by an automated process. The decision is final. We may verify a winner eligibility before confirming a prize.

Prizes

The prize for each draw is described on its page. Prizes may include a funded evaluation, account credit, cashback, or merchandise. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless we say otherwise. Where a prize is provided by a third party firm, that firm own rules apply to the use of the prize. If a stated prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater value.

Claiming a prize

We will contact the winner using the email on their account within a reasonable time after the draw. If a winner does not respond within the period stated in the winner notice, or cannot accept the prize, we may redraw. Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to a prize in their own country.

Publicity

We may publish a winner first name, handle, or general region to announce results. We will not publish further personal details without consent. Our handling of your data is covered by our privacy policy.

Changes and cancellation

We may amend these terms or cancel a draw if required for legal reasons or due to circumstances beyond our control. Where a draw is cancelled before the draw time, we will take reasonable steps to notify entrants. These raffle terms are a draft and will be replaced once reviewed.
