Who we are

Proprinse is operated by Avendavi AB, registered in Sweden. We compare proprietary trading firm evaluations, share discounts, and run features such as cashback, a creator partner programme, a game, and prize draws.

Accounts

You can browse without an account. Some features require you to sign in with an email magic link. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep access to your email secure, since anyone with your inbox can request a login link. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• game attribution, cashback, the leaderboard, or prize draws through fake accounts, automation, or self referral;
• scrape, copy, or resell our content or data beyond normal personal use;
• interfere with the security or operation of the site, or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use;
• submit false, misleading, or unlawful content or codes.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we may void related cashback, earnings, or prize entries.

Discounts, codes, and outbound links

Discount codes and firm details are provided as is and change often. We try to verify them, but we cannot guarantee that any code, price, or rule is current. Always confirm the terms on the firm site before you pay. When you follow an outbound link we may earn a commission, as set out in our affiliate disclosure.

Cashback, creators, and payouts

Cashback and creator earnings are calculated from commissions actually confirmed by a firm or network, after any refund or hold period. Amounts shown before confirmation are estimates and may change or be removed if a sale is reversed. Withdrawals require identity verification and a minimum balance, and are paid through our payments provider. Specific cashback and creator rules are described on the relevant pages and form part of these terms.

Game and prize draws

The game is for entertainment and education and uses synthetic data. Prize draws are governed by our raffle terms. Nothing on the site is financial advice, as explained in our not financial advice notice.

Our content and yours

The Proprinse name, site, and original content are owned by Avendavi ABor our licensors. We grant you a personal, non exclusive licence to use the site for its intended purpose. If you submit content, such as a community code or feedback, you grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as available basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from your trading decisions or from third party firms. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes, and material changes will be highlighted on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
